maybe due to watching too many drama nowadays...

i want to write a novel or at least a short story (brainstorming on the main theme)...
i want to learn another musical instrument & learn more about comtemporary music composition...& hopefully compose songs too...
i want to master video editing...
i want to learn other languages - korean, french, german, japanese etc...
i want to 'master' photography (i'm eyeing for a DSLR with wide lens & zoom lens as far as 200mm)...
i want to learn dancing (hiphop/mv dance perhaps...)...
i want to learn martial arts (taichi maybe...there r few taichi centres near my office)...
why not start now?
well, i wanna read more, watch more, listen more & learn more skills & knowledge b4 starting these 'journey'...
& of course wanna save some money 1st...
now everything needs money (ya...'no money no talk')
if no money how to pay the fees for all those classes, right??? (except writing & video editing...these are part of my job responsibilities)
& now there's price increase in everything...
well...except cds & erm...salary (im still under probation...3 months more)...

lazy to blog nowadays...
so, be patience in waiting for my next post...
it will be very soon i guess...

wanna know wat i'm busy with these few weeks?

in d 1st month of my work, i was busy writing articles on herbs...
for d past 4 weeks, i was editing a video to tell people what our company does...
yes, i got to learn adobe premiere 6.0 (very old version) all by my own...
erm...i hope i can combine final cut pro & adobe premiere...
now i'm back to writing articles...

all in all, i can say that i really enjoy my current life compared to production life
cos i can plan what i wanna do on weekends (working half day on sat though) & after work hours...
one thing i realize is every day when i reached home, i'm in very light & happy mood...

ps: oh NO!!! 22 June is just a week away...

just a short little update on my life,
while waiting for Under the Canopy of Love <天幕下的恋人> drama to load (today's connection very slow la)...
been attracted to Bosco Wong, Raymond Lam, Kevin Cheng, Ron Ng, Samuel Chan, Niki Chow, Natalie Tong & Linda Chung lately...love their acting...& dramas...& of cos their leng zai leng lui look...hehe

started working last friday...
so far so good...

i was thinking, 'why not i give skinfood skincare product a try? it's time to use my hard-earned money (yes...after sacrifying a lot of my leisure & sleep time) from my freelance job now"

3 cars broke down along the jammed road...
2 lorries blocking 2/3 lane due to break down / accident...

usual 1/2 hour thru-&-forth journey took 1 hr 15 mins to complete...

as u know, i've been out of job since cny
well, half of the time i was enjoying my self-imposed holidays ;P
only started sending in my resume in mid march
everyday, i was hoping my hp to ring
finally, i got 3 interview appointments this week,
4 interviews (including 1 2nd interview) in 2 days (monday & yesterday)
just feeling very lucky after a period of this not-so-good-luck
cos i've succeeded in all the interviews :)
i'm employed now,
will be ending my jobless status on 30 april

i have this superstition believe
there were many times when after i went through a series of bad luck,
everything will go on smoothly & as i've wished & sometimes even better
is this because of luck?
maybe...
maybe not...
who knows...

if i tell u now, it won't come true lol...am i supertitious? maybe...when it did come true then only i tell la...but only to my best buddies oh...

believe as in hoping it to happen before your eyes, like a miracle? then NO...bcos i actually witnessed it few times already...one time i saw it at Cameron Highlands...the rainbow was the size of half a circle & have all the 7 colors...

travel around the world!!! buy a professional camera...open a restaurant with variety of food choices...buy a cd store & book store

depends...when i meet him in the future then only i'll think about it seriously

good family man & husband, not stingy, kind-hearted, earn more than me (;P)...

3nJoYiNg mY Lif3

For the past few weeks, i woke up at 9.30am - 10am
by 10.30am, i sat on my comfortable sofa & read (erm...kinda of flipping through) the newspaper, looking for any interesting articles to read & take a look at the job advertisement
around 11.30am, i'll watch movie or read novel or online
sometimes, in the afternoon around 2.30pm - 3.30pm, i'll take an afternoon nap
at night, i'll watch tv, listen to songs, sometimes online

this kind of life is so relaxing
no worries...
no stress...
i wonder how long it will last

it's time to seriously concentrate in finding a job
but just remembered i havent even photostat all my certs & documents
another thing is i don't have any more passport size photo
i guess i'll do all these tomorrow
cos it's raining heavily now
oh no...coop 3 result havent released yet
so long!!!
been waiting since nov 2007 (completed my coop in oct '07)

it was election day on saturday
& this is my 1st time i voted
i remembered last year, 1-2 weeks before i turned 21, my dad already brought home the registration form for me to fill in
as this day approached, my dad kept on joking saying "u know how to vote? don't draw tortoise in the box ar"...haha

well, these were the things i watched, read & listening to recently:

1. novels - "Angels & Demons" by Dan Brown; "The Last Templar"; "Death of Red Heroine", "Loyal Character Dancer" & "A Case of Two Cities" by Qiu Xiaolong (fall in love with his novel recently)

2. music - 爱在记忆中找你 (林峰) album, 天这样蓝 (岁月风云主题曲)

3. movies - some old (er..not that old la...ranging from high school time to now) movies from my vcd / dvd collection

4. tv drama - 覆雨翻云 Lethal Weapon of Love & Passion (tvb) starring Raymond Lam, Bosco Wong, Charmeine Sheh etc...

& now, i'm watching 公主小妹 Romantic Princess starring Angela Zhang & Fahrenheit
it's very fairy-tale like
just imagine u r living in a house that looks like a modern palace
a room (completed with living hall & dining hall) itself is like twice the size of my house...wow
i wonder whether i'll lost my way searching for a room if i live in that house

after this drama, i think i'll watch 原来我不帅
yesterday, i watched a part of ep 1, it's very very funny
remembered a famous phrase from Snow White?

These are few of my new clothes for cny :)

Went shopping spree all over Klang Valley since December 2007 (yes, got so many holidays mah...somemore it's year end sales) - 1 Utama, Sunway Pyramid, South City Plaza, Jusco Cheras Selatan, Jusco Taman Equine, Jusco Taman Maluri, Mid Valley, Cheras Leisure Mall, IOI Mall. Ended up buying 5 tops & 2 pants. Found out that Body Gloves has been offering 50% storewide discount since Dec 2007.

This year's reunion dinner was quite special. We ate Kenny Rogers, western food rather than chinese food. What to do, all chinese restaurants were closed except those expensive type which doesn't suit for a 4 person meal.

As usual, on the 1st day of cny, i went to my uncle's house in Puchong for the usual cny vegetarian reunion dinner. After lunch, went to my mother's brother's house for 拜年. Actually, i planned to go vegetarian for whole day but all chinese restaurants were closed. So had Marry Brown's chicken burger for dinner.


On the 2nd day, me & my parents & sister went to Jenjarom temple. I bought along the camera but running out of battery. Forgot charge the battery before that. Quite a last minute plan to bring along my camera. After that, went to Bukit Tinggi Jusco. Most of the shops there are expensive brand. Wanted to shop for some clothes but ended up didn't buy any cos of the price. But at least i bought a novel & a dvd (The Warlords). Came home, have half an hour nap & went out for dinner at Tuck Chan Restaurant near my house. The price already increased. What to do, it's cny mah. Even the normal chinese coffeeshops also increase the price. Now chicken rice costs RM4 compared to RM3.50.


Suddenly feel the urge to sing k. But then the price is so expensive. It's like everything has become more expensive than before. It's a "no money no talk" world. Haiz...this "slogan" has become stronger since i started my internship & working. So, in order to survive, i need to think of my future financial state & whether the time & effort i contribute worth the pay i'm receiving.

"Why are you so particular about this issue?"
It was because someone 'tegur' me for off-ing my handphone when i sleep.

In the 1st place, why we need sufficient sleep?
"Sleep is the time at which the body processes all the day’s activities, replenishes the blood, the body tissues and cells. Without proper and good sleep, it can lead to a variety of problems including headaches, fatigue, confusion and depression. Without a good sleep, it can lead to mood and personality changes, ADHD-like symptoms, depression, lack of concentration and poor academic." (from a website)

Do you know that the radiation from the handphone will affect your sleep, thus affecting your health?
"The researchers say it appears the mobile's radio waves activate the brain's stress system making them more alert and focused and therefore less able to slow down and fall asleep. The researchers say any use of a mobile at least an hour before sleep tends to disrupt sleep and can lead to adverse, sometimes serious consequences." (from another website)

So, that's why i off my handphone when i sleep as i wanna rest my mind & body after a long day. Furthermore, sleeping to me is very important & i hate disturbance when i am sleeping.

This is my principle. No one can control & ask me to do anything against it. If you have something important to contact me, why wait until so late in the night? Why can't wait till the next day? At least i have sufficient sleep & feel refreshed & energetic to 'solve' the so-called important problem. It doesn't help much if i don't have good sleep after a long day.

Btw, everyone's sleeping hour is different. Some still very energetic even though they have 2-3 hours of sleep. But according to the normal sleeping hours, an adult needs an average 7-8 sleeping hours a day to stay healthy in the long run.

Ok la...the end of my lecture. You might not agree with me but you can't change my habit & the way i think. but i'll still respect your choice.
